Stuff Education: Let's Sing Songs

The use of real-life experience, whether remembered or recollected through secondary sources, can form a powerful means of engaging further education students in art work. Using Angela Carter's writing as an inspiration, the pantomime was used to allow these students to explore their own attitudes to display, sexuality and race. The work served as a learning experience for all concerned.
