Le Vieux Couvent
LE VIEUX COUVENT is a rambling guesthouse complex with a total of 13 bedrooms in the manse, the cottage, and the medieval house. There are walled courtyards and lush gardens, a large well-equipped studio, two landscaped swimming pools, fishponds flowering with lilies.
LE VIEUX COUVENT is situated in the quiet village of Freyssinet, north of Cahors, midway between the Dordogne and the Lot. There are cheap flights to Toulouse, Rodez and Bergerac from most regional airports, you can take the train Gourdon, or drive nearly all the way on the autoroutes.
Choose:
§ Bed and breakfast (optional evening meal) with a canopy 4 poster bed en suite bathroom, for one or more nights. Sip wine under the acacia tree in the courtyard before a gourmet meal of your choice (we do vegetarian as well): £35 per night.
§ One week stays in the medieval house or cottage. Self-catering with the option of prepared evening meals. Both buildings sleep up to 6 and have their own private separate entrances. The cottage and medieval house rent for £468 in April/May, £514 in June.
§ Personalized group holidays – 125 Euros per person, per day, all inclusive of accommodation, excursions, etc gather four or five other and come as a group..
Booking now for 2005. An approximate all-inclusive price would be from 55 Euros – 125 Euros per day, depending on selected options, which can include all meals, local transport, entrance to some sites.
