Best practice in art and design

This SIG is defining: 'Best practice in art and design'

In the meeting of NSEAD Council and Forum 28 September 2020 a series of policy priorities were voted and identified. 'What does good practice in art and design look like?' was democratically voted as a key priority area for policy research and action.

The Special Interest Group for Best Practice is currently working to create cross-phase guidance materials. The group are collating a model or ‘aide memoir’ of concepts, approaches and the purpose of learning in and through art, craft and design.

This SIG is formed by NSEAD members: Ged Gast (F&GP), Andy Ash (chair), Deidre Robson, Liz Lawrence and Anna Pickard, Tamar MacLellan and Paul Brennan.

Members of NSEAD Forum will be serving on this Group and will begin their work in February 2020. If you would like to learn more about their work, please email sophieleach@nsead.org
