Secondary Creator
Jane MacFarlane is a teacher and artist educator who develops and delivers learning experiences that encourage creativity and confidence in the arts. She has worked across schools and community settings, supporting learners of all ages to engage with art and design in meaningful ways.
Jane studied BA (Hons) in Fine Art (printmaking) before her PGCE and continues her own practice as an artist. Alongside her teaching, she values opportunities to collaborate with others on projects that celebrate creativity and inclusion working with wide range of people.
She believes that art education should be accessible to everyone, providing the tools to imagine, express and connect. Jane is committed to helping learners and educators explore the transformative power of the arts.
