At a time where schools and colleges have changed the way in which they educate pupils due to the Covid-19 pandemic, members of NSEAD's Forum and Council have collated a subject-specific and reviewed list of remote-learning resources. These may be used in the case of school closures, or as inspiration when teaching with restricted resources.

NSEAD's Remote Resource list can be used by anyone working and learning remotely to access and engage in our subject.

Our intention is to create an edited list useful for art, craft and design educators, parents & carers to help children and young people studying the art and design curriculum or level 2-3 qualifications. The resources are categorised by age (for all phases: ages 4-18+) but many resources are cross-phase – do look inside the resources in every age group!

If you, your children or remote learners make anything inspired by these resources, please use the hashtag #NSEADcreate – our aim is to stay connected and to share your creativity and ideas on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.

Whilst these resources have been carefully selected and reviewed by NSEAD members, the Society is not responsible for any of the content found or shared in these websites.

And finally, if you are not already a member of NSEAD Online, (our popular Facebook group) please join our community there. You will need to be a member of NSEAD to join this group, but there you will find a cross-phase and nation community of helpful art educators and members who are regularly sharing ideas and resources. If you are already an NSEAD member please email info@nsead.org with your NSEAD membership number and we will invite you to join.
