Nicole has worked in development and programming for 25 years. She has held senior positions for media companies including Dazed Media, cultural institutions such as The Institute of Contemporary Arts and leading creator Rankin.
In 2014 she created a programme called Female Firsts for Dazed which explored and promoted the role of women in film. Its impact and scope inspired her to build a company dedicated to exploring how the arts and creativity can be used to positively rebalance society.
In 2018 Nicole Co- Founded Constance Partners and is proud that one of their projects is Show and Tell. A unique global programme which unlocks the super powers of photography to support the education and mental health of young people all over the world.
