Sally Richardson has been the Head of Visual Arts at BHASVIC (Brighton and Hove Sixth Form College) for the past six years, following more than a decade of teaching in a large comprehensive school in Reading.
After completing the Artist Teacher MA at Oxford Brookes, she reconnected with her own artistic practice, producing detailed drawings of her great-grandmother’s handmade lace and exploring the role of craft within the classroom. Sally's current work is focused on supporting BHASVIC students in accessing high quality creative work experience opportunities through their ArtWORKS project.
