A new place for you to manage your membership

We have a new NSEAD Member Portal which makes it easier to join NSEAD, as well as update and renew your NSEAD membership. This page explains how existing members (who joined before the portal was launched on 31 August 2022) can access their account.

1. Accessing your new NSEAD Member Portal Account

Step 1: Click here to create a password for your new NSEAD Member Portal account by entering the email address you provided when you registered with us. 

Step 2: Check your email for a link to create a Member Portal account password and allow up to 15 minutes for the email to arrive. (Some institutional email servers block unrecognised emails, so if our email has not arrived, please check your junk folder, and if there is still no email there, please contact us).

Step 3: Click the link and choose your password (this can be the same as your main NSEAD website password if you like).

Step 4: Log in to your NSEAD Member Portal account by clicking the My Membership tab and enter your email address and new password.

 

2. Renewing your NSEAD Membership

Step 1: First of all, you MUST access your new NSEAD Member Portal account as instructed in 1 (Steps 1 to 4) above.

Step 2: Once you are logged in to the 'My Membership' area, click on the option in the purple banner at the top of the page to renew your membership.

Step 3: Select the membership that meets your needs.

Step 4: Go through to the checkout to pay for your renewed membership.

 

3. Managing your personal details

Step 1: First of all, you MUST access your new NSEAD Member Portal account as instructed in 1 (Steps 1 to 4) above.

Step 2: Go to the 'My Membership' page, to view your personal details. 

Step 3: To add, change or update your details, click on the orange 'update' buttons on the sections you wish to amend and save your amends by pressing the blue 'update' button.

4. Upgrading, changing or cancelling your NSEAD Membership 

If you wish to upgrade, change, or cancel your membership please contact us. In line with the terms and conditions of membership, we require our members to formally resign by sending a cancellation request in writing.
