President's Award for exemplary practice
This award is for an individual, department or organisation that displays exemplary practice and a commitment to leadership in art, craft and design education.
The successful nominee will demonstrate that they have made a difference to students, colleagues, the school and wider community, regionally, nationally or even internationally.
Who can enter?
The awards are open to all active NSEAD members including anyone working in early years settings, schools, MATs, trusts, partnerships, FE colleges, artist educators and museum & gallery learning teams.
The judges are especially looking for evidence of:
- Examples of high quality, inspirational approaches to teaching and learning
- Opportunities opened up for learners as a result of their approach
- Ingenuity, innovation, determination to make a difference in and through our subject
Nominations open 3 November 2025.
