Her commendable work has been featured by Myatt and Co. where Mia spoke as a national subject expert lead in art, craft and design. Mia Bano's expertise has been further published in the nsead AD education magazine and Nimish Lad's book of 'Shimamura's MARGE model'. In 2023, Mia Bano was awarded 'Primary Teacher of the Year' in the national Pearson Teaching Awards for her valuable contribution to education.
