Professional and personal development: supporting you, and your learners, to flourish.

This session will focus on personal and professional development: how you can harness your own stories and strengths, and identify your professional goals and ambitions.

  • Multi-disciplinary artist Christopher Samuel will share his experiences as an artist. Christopher will explore the themes of his practice and the way that it is rooted in personal and political narrative, encouraging delegates to engage in a creative activity from your desks and workplaces as you take part in the conference.
  • Coach and podcaster Sarah Fox will lead delegates through a series of reflections and focused goal setting. She will invite delegates to think about what you would like to achieve in your professional lives, to achieve the best outcomes for your learners in line with your own priorities and needs.
