Kat Pugh is the Executive Headteacher of The St Marylebone CE School, an outstanding comprehensive secondary school in London, and the affiliated special school The St Marylebone CE Bridge School.
Creativity and the arts are sources of energy, strategy and success in these school communities. St Marylebone leads the regional Maths Hub, the Artsmark Creativity project and the Arts in Education Leadership Professional Qualification.
Kat was one of the Commissioners on the Arts Council’s Durham Commission on Creativity in Education. She is Chair of the Westminster Secondary Schools Improvement Collaborative (WSSIC), a Trustee for the London youth choir Inner Voices and a Trustee of the Cultural Learning Alliance.
