Show that the temperature of the room is too low with a thermometer.
If the temperature falls too low then you may refuse to teach in your teaching room unless additional heating is provided. The keeping of a log of recorded temperatures is recommended.
It is a matter of Health & Safety that the conditions in the classroom are suitable for effective working.
