Tina is Head of Learning at Art UK.
She manages programmes for schools, teachers and young people including The Superpower of Looking, Art UK’s flagship visual literacy initiative, the creation of learning resources for audiences spanning from early years to post 16, and a range of place-based and digital projects for young people age 13 – 24.
Before joining Art UK Tina was a learning consultant for a range of museums, galleries and arts organisations including the Ashmolean, Art Explora, National Portrait Gallery, and Royal Ballet & Opera. Previously Tina held various roles within the cultural sector, including as Head of Young People’s Programmes at Tate Britain, Deputy Head of Learning at the Museum of London (now London Museum), and Head of Education at English Heritage. She studied History of Art at Warwick University, taught art at secondary level following a PGCE from the Institute of Education, UCL, and has delivered a range of art history lectures, trips and walks for Art History Abroad, for whom she is still a guest tutor.
