Mervyn Romans, obituary

It is with great sadness that we are informing members that Mervyn Romans, passed away in his home in Italy on August 12th this year. This followed a brave fight against cancer.

Mervyn was deeply committed to art, craft and design education and he was a longstanding member of NSEAD, contributing to iJADE, serving on the editorial board and reviewing submissions for publication. As a member of the NSEAD Publications Board Mervyn was extremely helpful, sharing his extensive knowledge and expertise with the Society in this context.

Condolences from the Society have been sent to the family of Mervyn Romans.
